According to the reports of the People magazine, Hollywood actress Robin Wright Penn has filed for divorce proceedings to be initiated against her husband, actor Sean Penn. The divorce papers have been filed on the 12th of August in Marin County and is said to reportedly state that “both parties have already agreed to [shared] custody” of their minor son, Hopper Jack (16) years old. It is also being heard that “the estranged couple have already agreed to division of all property.”

According to revelations by sources, the reason for the alleged split is said to listed as “irreconcilable differences” and Robin Wright Penn is not on the look out for claiming spousal support. Lawyers from both the parties were not available for comments or confirmation of the news.

It is not hidden from the world that the Hollywood high profile celebrity couple have endured a roller-coaster ride throughout the long span of their relationship. Sean And Robin Wright Penn have been together since 1989 and got married in the year 1996. Since the beginning of their relationship, there has been numerous incidences of break ups and patch ups. They have almost ended their marriage in divorce in two previous incidents, but got back to be together.

So, this time it is only going to be a wait and watch situation that can determine how far the estranged couple will go. The two had made up only as recently as May of this year. In an interview that has been released this Monday, Robin has said, “I hit that crossroad a while ago. I know what I don’t want,” indicating that she has no plans for reconciling with her husband this time.
