Robin Wright files for divorce from Sean Penn

Los Angeles, Aug 19 (IANS) Actress Robin Wright Penn has filed for divorce from actor husband Sean Penn. The couple had a tumultuous relationship ever since they exchanged vows in 1996.
Imdb.com reports that the they filed for divorce for the first time in December 2007 only to officially end their separation four months later. In April this year, Sean Penn filed papers for a “legal separation” just days before his 13th wedding anniversary. He then dismissed the bid in May.
Robin is now officially calling it quits and filed court documents on her own on Aug 12.
