Los Angeles, May 24, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Robert Pattinson is sporting a new hairdo and the “Twilight” star who is known for his lustrous locks appeared in the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” without it. He sported a shorter hairdo in the talk show and went on to tell the secret behind it. The new hair cut that Robert Pattinson is sporting hIs shorter hair at the sides and back of the head but some lengths at the top. Since his appearance in the “Ellen DeGeneres Show”, fans of Robert Pattinson all over United States have flooded the internet and social networking websites with comments on the new look of the “Twilight” star.

On the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” Robert Pattinson first went on to say that his new haircut was done under compulsion after he developed a medical problem. He went on to add that the haircut was recently done after he was plagued with nits. However, before he could manipulate his fans and lead to another rumor on web, the host of the show asked Robert Pattinson to come out clear about the haircut and tell the truth to all. It was only after this, that the truth behind the cut came in front of the public.

According to what was revealed during the show, the haircut was necessary for the role that Robert Pattinson will be seen playing in “Water for Elephants” which is reportedly a Depression-era drama. Robert Pattinson will be seen co-starring with Reese Witherspoon in “Water for Elephants”. However, one thing is clear from the wide response that the new haircut has been generating. Robert Pattinson is no doubt riding high on the fan list.
