September 8, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Rumors that were afloat about Robert Pattinson appearing on ‘Entourage’ have been put to rest finally. A source believed to be close to the ‘twilight’ star told the Gossip Cop that it was not true.

Another source from the production also substantiated this claim stating that he had absolutely no idea about the origin of such rumors.

E! Online also confirmed the fact about Pattinson not appearing in the final episode of the HBO show. However, it certainly does not rule out Pattinson being considered for the show sometime in the future. The ‘Entourage’ will now be entering its final season after the conclusion of the finale on Sunday.

Robert Pattinson had been rumored to play Ari Gold’s client who is considered to be tough. The role would have suited him perfectly. His brand of humor is quite renowned as the actor has been heard making fun of himself regularly.

The rumors of the 24 year old British actor appearing as the client of Ari had been taken with a pinch of salt as the synopsis of the show did not reveal much about the character.

The stars confirmed by HBO for the finale of the show includes Christina Aguilera and Eminem. This episode that is slated to be telecast on Sunday, the 12th of September has been titled ‘Lose Yourself!’
