Robbie Williams Weds, Plans Second Reception in Turkey

Aug 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The British pop star Robbie Williams was recently married to his girlfriend, Ayda Field in his home in Beverly Hills Saturday with about 75 guests in attendance, according to ‘People’ magazine, and is reported to be planning a second wedding reception for his new wife’s family in Turkey.
The thirty one year old bride wore a white dress with her hair swept up and the groom, who is thirty six years old, wore a black tuxedo. The groom’s father, Pete Conway said to the ‘News of the World’ “At last, Rob is happy. That’s what you want for your kids and this is the happiest I’ve seen him. Ayda is so beautiful and so delightful and so lovely and just so right for him. They are brilliant together.”
A cocktail reception was held after the wedding, followed by a sit down dinner with dancing. But Williams wants another party, in Turkey, so that he can meet all of his new wife’s family. ‘The Daily Mirror’ reports, “He is really up for it and can’t wait to throw another reception and meet all his new family.Robbie was aware they couldn’t make it to LA and wants to give them a similar day to remember.”
Ayda’s father stated that he is looking forward to meeting his new son in law, and added, “Ayda wants to see her gran Sabahat again. She’s 92 and would love to dance at Ayda’s wedding.”
