Rob Lowe to bid adieu to ‘Brothers & Sisters’

rob1 New York City, Jan 30 (THAINDIAN NEWS) TV star Rob Lowe is all set to bid adieu to the TV show ‘Brothers & Sisters’. According to Deadline Hollywood, actor Rob Lowe said that he felt he was quite unused as Senator Robert McCallister in the show. So he is asking to be released from his contract, however he said that he was in talks with the channel for another TV innings. He started acting on the TV show around 4 years ago, and from a recurring character on the show, he was soon promoted as the actor for the role of Senator Robert McAllister. His character in the show basically revolved around his relationship with Calista Flockhart’s character Kitty.

ABC network executives have agreed to his demands and plans are in full swing, to make actor Rob Lowe as the lead actor in his own series. ABC president Stephen McPherson said, “We would like to keep Rob at ABC; we feel he should be anchoring his own franchise. We are in talks now.” Rob Lowe is all set to bid adieu to the ‘Brothers & Sisters’ at the end of the season four.

Robert Hepler “Rob” Lowe was born on March 17, 1964. He is a well-known American actor. He gained fame after he acted in The Outsiders and St. Elmo’s Fire, which included other members of the Brat Pack. Rob Lowe is also famous for his portrayal as Sam Seaborn on The West Wing and as Senator Robert McCallister on the TV show Brothers & Sisters.
