Riverside Sheriff: Lindsay Lohan ‘violated parole’

The Riverside County Sheriffs think that after investigating allegations of battery made against her by a former employee of the rehab facility that she is lodging, there are enough grounds to charge her with battery.
Sergeant Joe Borja revealed to reporters that by the attack, Lohan has violated her parole terms. That is very unfortunate especially for the fans of Lohan who thought that she might have gone through her rehab successfully and afterwards become a better person.
The Riverside Country Sheriff Department has completed its investigation into the 12th day of December incident and is now ready to submit their findings to the district attorney’s office in LA.
Lohan is due in court on the 25th day of February. She was hoping that after spending that at the rehab center, the court would have softened her probation terms which would have mean having an unsupervised probation.
She now faces the possibility of jail term. Her probation terms mandated Lohan to submit herself for random drug and alcohol test. It seems that was the reason why the confrontation with the staff at the rehab center took place.
