London, Dec 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) After a performance at London’s O2 Arena, Rihanna decided to grab a burger from a McDonald’s shop at London’s Charing Cross. Apparently unaware of who she was, the staff and customers just continued with their various doings as the 23-year-old stayed in the queue to wait her turn.

Rihanna had just performed in front of 20,000 screaming fans at the famous O2 Arena. The singer was returning to the venue after being booed last October to giving a “below par” performance. The singer excused that she was still recovering from flu when she gave the performance.

This time around, there was no such thing as she successfully thrilled the fans. Rihanna was accompanied by three bodyguards when she got to the burger joint. One customer who managed to recognize who she was at the eatery told the Sun that, “It was amazing to see one of the world’s biggest female stars queueing like everyone else. I was the only one who realised it was her. She took her food, paid and slipped away — no one batted an eyelid.”

The incident has left many people wondering if indeed Rihanna is not that popular in London where she has played several concerts.
