Rihanna settles lawsuit with photographer

London, Oct 20 (IANS) Singer Rihanna has settled a lawsuit with fashion photographer David LaChapelle out of court.
The photographer claimed that certain scenes in her 2010 single were plagiarised from his own shoots and launched a lawsuit seeking $1 mn in damages.
According to femalefirst.co.uk, the case has now been settled by Rihanna out of court for an undisclosed sum, and David’s publicist says he is “happy with the settlemen.”
