London, Nov 16 (THAINDIAN NEWS) R&B singer Rihanna was shocked when the fans at London’s O2 Arena booed at her following an unimpressive performance on Monday. The fans were made to wait for 55 minutes for the American singer but when she failed to ignite them with her performances, they registered their protest by booing her.

Some of the fans said the singer did not put herself in what she was doing. The Sun quoted one disgruntled fan as saying that, “Fans weren’t happy at all. Especially as, when she did finally come on stage, her performance was half-hearted.”

Maybe the fans would have been more tolerable if they knew that the singer is recovering from flu. Fans in Sweden weren’t lucky enough to get Rihanna to give them “half-hearted” performance because of the flu. She was forced to cancel two concerts in the country earlier this month.

London will see Rihanna again next year. The singer will be at London’s Hyde Park as one of the headline sponsors of the Barclaycard Wireless Festival. The event will be held on the 8th of July and that will be the only performance of the 23-year-old in Britain.

The Wireless Festival is one of the prestigious music events in the United Kingdom.
