Rihanna backs expiry of ex Chris Brown’s restraining order

London, Mar 31 (ANI): R and B singer Rihanna has said that she is relieved now that the restraining order handed to her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown has expired.
The actress has admitted that she never wanted their fight to impede his music career.
“What he did to me was a personal thing; it had nothing to do with his career,” the Daily Express quoted the 23-year-old as saying.
“Saying he has to be 100 feet away from me, he can’t perform at award shows - that definitely made it difficult for him,” she added.
After Brown assaulted Rihanna, in 2009 he was hit with a strict order meaning the pair could not be at the same events.
Brown, 21, is on probation and is allowed near Rihanna as long as he does not harass her. (ANI)
