Nov 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The 38th American Music Awards 2010 saw the singing sensations of the music fraternity giving their best mind blowing performances and entertaining the audience to its fullest. The leading names of music industry like Rihanna, Katy Perry, Christina Aguilera and Fergie wore different attractive outfits as they rocked the stage of Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. Rihanna opened the show with captivating numbers from her album “Loud”.

The “Love The Way You Lie” singer even received award for Favorite Soul/R&B Female Artist and in her acceptance speech she said that the whole feeling is “amazing”. However, in her breathtaking performance she wore an unconventional white and black top and over her black hot pants she wore a multicolor shawl. The fishnet socks complemented her dress and the audience cheered for her as she completed her song. Though Katy Perry has not received any award for the night, yet she wooed the heart of millions with her “Firework” performance. The audience saw her high energy performance at the American Music Awards last night.

The “California Gurls” singer who previously stepped into the event wearing a pink strapless dress wore a stunning red cat-suit during her performance. Katy Perry entered the stage suspended from a ceiling. The singer set the stage on fire as the back-up dancers join her on stage. Earlier last week the singer wrote in the homepage of her social networking site that she finished “AMA rehearsal” and she is excited about her remix performance. As Katy Perry promised before, “Firework” was the mixture of “adorable and gorgeous”. Katy Perry ended her performance while her dancers lifted her up in the year and there was shower of lights and fireworks.
