Feb 6, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It is known that noted Chef Gordon Ramsay has a fascination for giving a new look to the not so happening restaurants in New Jersey. In the previous episode of his show named “Kitchen Nightmares” he chose a restaurant named Flamangos. After that he shifted his focus to another restaurant in New Jersey named Bazzini. The owners of Ridgewood’s Bazzini restaurant got to see how the chef can revive a restaurant that is on its way out, with his Midas touch. The episode was aired on Feb 5. The restaurant struggled with problems like poorly designed dishes and slow service etc.

The owners are Leslie and Paul Bazzini. They said after the show that Gordon Ramsay infused fresh life in their restaurant with his crews. They had no idea how the chef grills the restaurant owners who mess with the business. The chef speaks his mind on what he thinks is wrong with a restaurant or its owners in his show and this makes the show interesting to the viewers. Whenever any restaurant is featured in the show of Chef Gordon Ramsay it becomes an object of interest for the viewers and witnesses increased footfalls. The owners of the Bazzini restaurant also hope that their restaurant will become popular after being featured on the Fox network show.

The Chef does not stop at pointing the flaws of a restaurant that he visits but also suggests solutions to rejuvenate it. This sometimes involve revamping the decoration or the menu of the restaurant or both. He might be harsh in his approach but his solutions are near perfect.
