Washington, Feb 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Ricky Gervais’ Life’s Too Short was premiered last Sunday. The show which features Liam Neeson and Warwick David alongside the British comedian has the potential to become another great television show.

The story follows the life of a dwarf actor (played by Warwick) who tries to make a life and clear out his massive tax obligation. His troubles are compounded by the fact that he is also going through divorce. In the show, Warwick’s character adopts the entitled mentality and believes that he is owed something.

In the first show, he said that, “I’m a bit like Martin Luther King because I too have a dream that one day dwarves will be treated equally. Sure, the dwarf wasn’t taken from his homeland, enslaved, whipped and forced to change his name… but I’ve never seen a black man fired from a cannon.”

Warwick has to deal with the fact that his employers are finding a way to fire him. His bosses are played by Gervais and Stephen Merchant who go to the extent of raising the height on the office bell and door bell just in the bid to keep Warwick out of the building.

Johnny Depp is expected to make a cameo appearance next week.
