Dec. 26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Brittany Murphy’s sudden death has more than her family thrown haywire. She was scheduled to start shooting for the film “Shrinking Charlotte” before her death. The roles had been finalized, but the plans went into a turmoil after her sudden demise. Her death had left the producers unsure about the fate of the movie, and it was being supposed that it would most likely be shelved. However, the producers of the film have decided to carry on with the film, and are reportedly in the process of casting another actress for the role Brittany Murphy was supposed to play.

Brittany Murphy was slated to star in the film along with Matthew Lillard, Kathleen Turner and Sam Trammel. It has been reported by Darren Van Cleave, the producer of the film, that they are due to start shooting for the film sometime early next year. He further commented that the film would begin with another actress for the lead role. It has not yet been divulged as to who that actress would be.

As far as has been reported, the talented actress had completed shooting for a number of movies before her death, including the one in which she co-stars with Sylvester Stallone. It seemed hat “Shrinking Charlotte” had been the only one that had been left unfinished by her. From what can be gleaned from reports from the industry, she had not even started shooting for the film. Now that she is being replaced by another actress, only the release pf the film will b able to say whether the magic she weaved on screen can be recreated by her substitute.
