Reese and agent dating?

Feb 6, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Reese Witherspoon was linked to Gerard Butler as soon as she split with her longtime boyfriend, Jake Gyllenhaal last year. However, Butler’s representative rubbished the rumors.
Now, the 33-year-old actress is reportedly dating agent Jim Toth. This is after the duo was seen enjoying dinner at Santa Monica, California on January 28.
Toth is an agent for Creative Artists Agency, which happens to be the one representing Witherspoon. According to sources, it was just a date and nothing serious.
They were apparently very flirtatious and were getting along well, laughing and talking.
