Real Housewives: Warrant Issued For Gretchen Rossi’s Arrest
April 23rd, 2010 - 10:32 pm ICT by Angela Kaye Mason
Apr 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Gretchen Rossi is a wanted women, according to E! Online. A judge in California has issued a warrant for her arrest.
Rossi was due in court on Thursday, but failed to appear at the hearing of the lawsuit she is involved with, along with a man who claims to be her ex-lover. Jay Photglou filed a restraining order against the reality star last year, and she was ordered to pay Jay’s court cost in the case. The blonde haired blue eyed star was missing in action, however an attorney for her asked for a continuance in her behalf. The judge ordered Rossi to appear in court next Thursday, or an APB will be issued for her arrest, and the warrant will be served.
Jay has had quite a bit to say about Rossi in the last few weeks.“I want Gretchen Rossi prosecuted for filing a false police report against me,” ex-boyfriend Jay Photoglou tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.“In the past year Gretchen has done nothing but lie about me and our relationship and used law enforcement in a malicious and frivolous manner. She falsely filed a restraining order against me that was dismissed and then filed two false police reports against me accusing me of theft. “Both of these criminal reports were investigated by the Costa Mesa PD and both were flatly rejected for prosecution by the Orange County District Attorney.”
So far Jay’s attempts to have Rossi prosecuted have fallen short.
