R&B singer Brandy sued by DJ

Los Angeles, Aug 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A DJ has filed a law suit against R&B queen - Brandy after the musician quit a deal they had signed on. The duo had collaborated on writing and recording a track.
The lawsuit alleged that Marc Mysterio handed out $10,000 to the musician on July 10 but she never worked on the song with him.
The DJ is reported to have alleged that he lost $25,000 as a result of the deal falling through according to TMZ, who have obtained a copy of the lawsuit.
In the past too, Brandy has been sued for $50 million in connection with a car crash.
Brandy was born on February 11, 1979 into a musical family in McComb, Mississippi. She first came into the limelight when she featured in Thea, a sitcom that was aired shortly on ABC. Thea helped hand her a role in another sitcom Moesha in which she played a lead role. She also starred in I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, two years later.
Her first album titled Brandy was released in September 1994 and sold six million copies around the world. She also featured as a judge in the debut season of America’s Got Talent.
