Raquel Welch Reveals It All In Her New Book

Los Angeles, Apr 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Raquel Welch, the actress who managed to put the silver screen on fire in 1960s and 70s has reportedly written a book titled “Raquel: Beyond the Cleavage”. The actress who is considered as an international sex symbol has in the book traced her journey into stardom and how she is much more than the iconic 60s and 70s pinup girl as she is perceived to be. The actress, who is now nearing 70 years, has recently revealed to the media that she felt the need to write the book to let the people know that Raquel Welch is not merely an eye candy but a person who has a voice, a woman who has her own life.
In the book “Raquel: Beyond the Cleavage”, the reader can expect to have a glimpse of Raquel Welch’s life beyond the silver screen. In it she traces how she herself had been surprised more to find her all of a sudden within the limelight of the glamor world and how the success of the movie “One Million B.C.” affected her life. She has also in the book discussed about her failed marriage and her life of single motherhood and then of a famous actress. When Raquel Welch had sought fame, she already had two kids at home.
