Rapper Lil Wayne Releases His New Single “6′ 7″

Dev 15, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Famous rapper Lil Wayne’s highly anticipated album “Tha Carter IV” is all set to be released on 2011. However, it seems that the fanatics of the rapper could not wait to hear the tracks from his latest album. A reputed media site reported that the ‘Young Money’ CEO officially released the first single from his upcoming album on Tuesday. The song “6′ 7″ is featuring Cory Gunz and also a producer from Bangladesh. The song has already created a wave in the internet all the Weezy fans are scrambling on web to download the song.
The critics are all in praises for his new song and raving about “6′ 7″. Critics are of the opinion that Lil Wayne’s prison sentence was a boost that his music needed. A reputed magazine’s music editor, John Kennedy said that the new single can be marked as the rapper’s comeback to the music industry. He said that Lil Wayne’s fans have watched him venture into different genres, sounds and styles from “Lollipop” to other vibes. However, this new single “6′ 7″ is all about “bouncy sparse instrumental” which gives a glimpse of same old Lil Wayne to his fans. Another critic said that Lil Wayne sounds sober, coherent and better in his new venture.
The lyrics of the song has also grabbed attention as it is about life and its various ups and downs. In one of his interviews, Weezy did not speak about his upcoming song but he said that he got through his prison sentence like a “subject” and “predicate”. The critics say that the flow sounds of the new album are more focused and targeted and the song has its own rhythm and pace, which will surely woo the listeners.
