Sep 28, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Rapper Kid Cudi pleaded guilty for criminal possession of Cocaine. Although he explained saying that he has “kicked off” the habit long time back, the court has ordered him to perform a two day long community service, and if he can successfully avoid further legal troubles and consumption of drugs, then his case may be dismissed within the next six months.

In June, the rapper was put behind the bars for a felony mischief of beating and breaking an unidentified women’s phone and breaking the door of her apartment, after a misunderstanding. However, when the police discovered the illegitimate possession of controlled substances from his apartment, his previous case was included in the plea deal for this particular case. This case has been lingering since June, and it was only on Friday that he pleaded guilty, for misdemeanor drug possession in the seventh degree. The rapper once confessed that he got indulged in doping, ever since his music career started. It gave him a trance “to camouflage emotions and run away from the problems”, but he has also abandoned the habit a few months ago.

Kid Cudi, which is the stage name of Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, has been a very celebrated rapper in America, who kick started his musical career with his single “Day n Night”, which ruled the bill board charts for several days. He also got a share of his fame with his first album “Man on the Moon series” in 2009. Every one who knows about the matter are actually trying to figure out that how can a person charged with the ‘misdemeanor’ crime of possession of drugs in the seventh level, be spared just in lieu of two days of mild community service.
