Ranbir refuses film with SRK!

May 6, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Ranbir is on the ladder of success and with his charming personality has managed to create a favourable fan following. With his latest hits like “Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’, “Wake up Sid’ and the upcoming film “Rajneeti’, this Kapoor is sure to reach for the stars.
At this stage in his career on his way to stardom, Ranbir does not want to take any chances, so much so, that he has rejected a film with the country’s heartthrob SRK. Karan Johar approached Ranbir with three scripts under Dharma Productions out of which one was supposed to be with SRK. The script seemed to be really interesting but it seems there is still time to see this legendary Khan and the boy next door Ranbir together on the silver screen. Apparently Ranbir did not seem very keen to do a film with SRK at this stage of his career because of several reasons. Despite being comfortable working with an ensemble cast in “Rajneeti’, Ranbir feels that it is not the right time to do a film with SRK who is leaps ahead in terms of popularity.
One more reason of not doing this film could also be that insecurity would prevail as chances are that SRK would grab all the attention and Ranbir might get isolated. Ranbir is very confident about his talent and wants to measure every step that he takes in his career. As stated by him, he is not ready to do a film with the superstar right now but would love to do it in future when he is better established in the B-town. As for the audiences, they will have to wait for a while to see this charming duo together on the screen.
