Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra mourns loss of mother

New Delhi, Sep 10 (IANS) Filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra is mourning the loss of his mother, who passed away after prolonged illness.
Mehra’s mother Annapurna passed away Saturday night here. She was 73.
Her last rites were performed by the filmmaker Sunday by the filmmaker. The prayer meeting will take place Monday at Gurudwara, C Block, Defence Colony between 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Mehra is known for films like “Aks”, “Rang De Basanti” and “Delhi 6″. Currently, he is busy shooting for Farhan Akhtar-starrer “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag”, a biopic of athlete Milkha Singh, fondly called Flying Sikh.
