Rajinikanth wants Aptha Rakshaka remake
February 17th, 2010 - 10:55 pm ICT by Sampurn WireFebruary 17, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Tamil star Rajinikanth, who was reportedly close to deceased actor Vishnuvardhana, is in plans to remake the Kannada star’s recent flick, “Aptha Rakshaka’ into Tamil.
Recently, Rajinikanth had been moved to tears when he watched the preview of “Aptha Rakshaka’. He had played the lead role in the Tamil remake of the prequel to this flick, “Aptha Mitra’. He now wants to reprise Dr. Vishnu’s role in the Tamil version. According to sources, there is a major chance that the film will be remade into Tamil.
The Kannada version, which is readying itself for a February 19th release, has been directed by sought after director P Vasu.
