Radcliffe to play a literary hero in next
January 14th, 2012 - 2:34 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )London, Jan 14 (IANS) “Harry Potter” star Daniel Radcliffe has confirmed he is set to play another literary hero on the big screen.
Contactmusic.com reports that Radcliffe will portray beat writer Allen Ginsberg, in a new murder mystery.
“I’m thrilled to actually finally be able to talk about it. It’s a project that I’ve kind of been attached to for a long time. It’s called ‘Kill Your Darlings’ and it’s a story about a murder that was kind of the catalyst to forming the Beat Generation, so it’s a film about Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac, William Burroughs and Lucien Carr… who was a really instrumental figure in all of their lives,” he said.
“Potentially, I think, it could be a really great film and it’s already got a really great cast,” he added.
