September 30, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Brad Goreski, the nerdy looking bespectacled associate of Rachel Zoe who wore suspenders as well, will be parting ways with his stylist guru, reports the People magazine.

The split when it occurred was amicable with no hint of acrimony on either side. Zoe explains that Goreski did all with elegance and class. She went on to add that she did not want to engage the services of someone just for the purpose of the show emphasizing that they had got lucky. She also said that no one ever can hope to supersede Brad who will always remain special for her.

Goreski meanwhile says that he had broken the news to Zoe about a month ago. He wanted out because he realized that the time has come to venture out on his own. That rather explains why Zoe was at the front row of the Oscar de la Renta while Brad was relegated to the back row.

There is absolutely no news about what Brad would be doing next. But in the eventuality of another season of Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project, the bow shaped tie is sorely going to be missed. The previous season already lost much of its appeal in the absence of Taylor with neither Ashley nor Jordan helping to enliven the show as they remained mute mostly. The show is not supposed to remain as compelling as before as Goreski flies the roost seeking greener pastures.

Whatever be Brad’s call, he would do well to include Joey the hair and makeup artist of Zoe.
