London, Jan 20 (ANI): James Bond producers are reportedly keen to sign Rachel Weisz as the spy’s arch enemy in the upcoming Bond film.
The Mummy star, 40 would be head of the sinister organisation behind the villainy in Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace rather than Bond’s love interest, reports The Sun.
But there are fears she could reject the role because of her alleged romance with leading man Daniel Craig.
An insider said: “Casting Rachel was going to be a surprise twist as everyone would assume she’d be a Bond girl when really she would play a villain. But the fly in the ointment is that they are now dating.” (ANI)
