Aug 9, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It seems that there is no end to the Rachel Maddow and Bill O’Reilly fight. The two, who have many a times in the past entered into verbal duel and taken shots at each others channel, added a new chapter to their feud recently. Bill O’Reilly was once again attacked by Rachel Maddow on Friday night when the latter responded to the former’s writing in his syndicated column in which he had criticized the lady for her statement in the David Letterman show. Bill O’Reilly had referred to her as a “far-left loon” and an “uber-leftist”. He had also said that the claims made by Rachel Maddow about Fox News do not have a “shred of evidence” with it. On Friday night Rachel Maddow mocked Bill O’Reilly’s syndicated column as one that is read by “millions and millions and millions and millions and millions of people”. She also maintained that her claims in the David Letterman show, that FOX News feeds the white viewers’ fears about black people were not without evidences. Rachel Maddow said that Bill O’Reilly might not like to face the reality of what FOX has been up to, but to say that she has no evidences to back her claims is sheer “bullpucky”.

While Bill O’Reilly had called Rachel Maddow’s assertion to be a preposterous, paranoid and dishonest one, Rachel Maddow counted names of Shirley Sherrod, ACORN, Van Jones and even Bill O’Reilly as white people who prefer small government allegedly. To back up her claims Rachel Maddow said that black people want the government to expand and redistribute wealth. However, after playing a “cable news insult ping pong” herself, Rachel Maddow added she is does not like these things but as long as Bill O’Reilly continues with his rants, she is ready with her own.
