Los Angeles, Jun 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen are having a sort of a breakup. Both of them are planning to ‘take a break’ from each other.

The couple dated for a year, and then got engaged in February 2009. However there seems to be trouble in paradise, as instead of making plans to walk down the aisle, they are thinking of separating for a while. After a break they would again think over their feelings for each other and also ponder over the question whether they have a future together with each other or not.

According to a source close to the couple, “They are taking about a month off and will then revisit their relationship to decide if they should stay together.”

The 28-year-old actress Rachel Bilson also confirmed the temporary breakup. She was the co-host of the show Take No Prisoners in Los Angeles, but she confirmed the breakup as she was seen there bereft of her engagement ring. When she was questioned by the Us Weekly about the impending marriage plans, then she showed off her engagement finger which was minus the ring and added that, “No, no plans. No nothing.”

She also said, “I don’t need to get married right now. I am more ready for a baby than marriage. Not really tomorrow, but definitely in the next couple of years which is the pretty near future. You have to have the guy, you know?”
