Raajneeti will release on May 28th, 2010. Raajneeti is directed by Prakash Jha, produced by Prakash Jha Productions, presented by UTV Motion Pictures and Walkwater Media Limited and features Ajay Devgan, Nana Patekar, Naseeruddin Shah, Katrina Kaif, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpai and Ranbir Kapoor.

The shooting of Raajneeti is complete. It was shot over two schedules -one in February- March 2009 and the other in September- October 2009. The film, shot completely in Bhopal, was completed a day before the planned schedule. And Prakash Jha credits that to his high caliber and dedicated crew and cast.

The film is now in postproduction stage.

Raajneeti as an entity will support Anubhooti, an NGO founded by Prakash Jha in 1991, to build a multi-functional hospital which will serve anybody in Bihar with efficient medical services at the minimal cost possible. To fundraise for this, the entire cast and crew of Raajneeti has been kind enough to whole-heartedly support and contribute to the efforts we are making for this hospital to become a reality. We will be holding premieres and benefit dinners in ten cities across the world to raise funds. We will be taking our appeal to New York City, San Francisco, Toronto, London, Melbourne, Durban, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Muscat.

Anubhooti, Prakash Jha Productions, and id8 Media Solutions- who will be organizing this entire project for us, have joined together to pool in every available resource for the construction of this hospital.
