Quinn Gets Suspended In “Dexter” Season 5 Episode 5

d1Oct 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The highly anticipated episode of “Dexter” season 5 episode 5 boasted of all the interesting elements that the show is well known for. The last night’s show was subtitled as “First Blood” and the audience enjoyed their most entertaining hours watching their show on television. The episode saw its turning point when investigator Quinn gets suspended and Debra takes the lead in the Santa Muerte case.

On the previous episodes the audience saw how investigator Quinn takes the matter of Santa Muerte case in his hands and finds striking similarities between the Trinity Killer and Dexter. After he has been suspended from his job, in one way it can be good for Dexter as the case will not proceed the way it used to be. However, investigator Quinn hires a friend to look into Dexter’s case. On the other hand, Dexter follows one of Boyd’s associates and stalks him. Dexter even goes inside that man’s house in his absence and searches everything frantically in his absence. After much searching he finds an envelope with a stain of blood in it. He immediately comes back to his home to examine the blood stains.

However, last night the audience also saw Lumen saying goodbye to Dexter. The protagonist is seen a bit disturbed as he feels Rita’s death has affected Harrison negatively and it has brought in darker side in him. Angela and Maria’s relation is brought into limelight in the series. The interesting episode was written by Tim Schlattmann and it was directed by Romeo Tirone. The audience is now waiting to see Dexter’s fate in the next episode.
