mjThe official reports of the reason for the death of the King of Pop Michael Jackson has been cited to be the presence of the powerful anesthetic Propofol, as has been stated in the preliminary reports from the coroner’s office. The reports were unsealed in a Texas court on Monday. The documents also instigate that the death of the superstar is a homicide.

After weeks of wild speculations about MJ’s death making its way all over, these official records seemed to have surprised the “Thriller” star’s fans somewhat. A homicide ruling does not exactly seem to do justice to the amount of time that has been spent wondering on all the wild possibilities.
The news has been brought to the public eye first by the Associated Press, which states in its official site, “a designation of homicide means that Jackson died at the hands of another, but does not necessarily mean a crime was committed.”

What is coming to light presently, is that Dr. Murray, who was treating MJ at the time of his death, had given in to his demand for propofol and had added the anesthetic to MJ’s intravenous drip.

Propofol had reacted badly with all the other drugs that were present in the singer’s blood and turned fatal, which led to the death. This is what is being stated by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office in the report that has been unsealed in Houston on Monday.

A lawyer for Dr. Murray is found to be telling that the police have twisted around the happenings of the last few hours of the life of MJ and that facts have not been presented correctly.
