Aug 6 (THAINDIAN NEWS) While Heidi Klum has stepped off the runway to work on the television show ‘Project Runway’ it is definitely not because she has lost her good looks, in fact, quite the opposite was proven true when the thirty seven year old mother of four stepped out on a family holiday wearing nothing but a black strapless bikini.

Not only is she a former runway model, the mother of four kids, and wife of the well known Seal, she is also a star on Project Runway, a television reality competition show featuring those who wish to become a model themselves. And she sets a great example for those model wanna-bes

While spending time on board the luxury yacht ‘The Indian Empress’ with her family on vacation, Heidi showed off her body in a black, strapless bikini which did not leave much the the imagination. And despite the fact that she just gave birth nine months ago, Heidi looked great in it.

‘Entertainment Weekly’ had just recently posted flattering photos of Klum in a bikini just a mere seven months after giving birth to their daughter, Lou, and now she is yet, this time posted in the ‘Daily Mail’, again rocking a bikini body just nine months after the birth. Heidi and Seal also have six year old Leni, four year old Henry, three year old Johan.

Her secret is said to be her physical trainer, David Kirsch. He says that the key to getting back int shape after being pregnant is to be in great shape before becoming pregnant. “Being pregnant is not license to forget all the rules that you abide by when you’re not pregnant,” he stated. “Moving your body, getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, and eating proper foods throughout the day are even more important when you’re pregnant.”
