New Delhi, Aug 8 (IANS) She is a regular at micro-blogging website Twitter. On Sunday, actress Priyanka Chopra launched her official website for her fans.
“Now finally launching www.iampriyankachopra.com! It’s my official website which is totally interactive and everything me,” she posted on Twitter before the launch.

“My website is a representation of my personality… things I like-dislike… my opinions… we have worked for months to make this happen,” she later posted.

Anupam Kher pursuing Govinda to join Twitter

Veteran actor Anupam Kher is trying to pursue funnyman Govinda to join the celebrity bandwagon on micro-blogging website Twitter.

“I am requesting Hero No.1… My friend Govinda to be on twitter. So why don’t you (everyone) also pursue him along with me,” Kher posted on the website.

The actors have worked together in films like “Hum”, “Shola Aur Shabnam”, “Deewana Mastana”, “Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan”, “Haseena Maan Jaayegi” and “Kyo Kii… Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta” to name a few.

I don’t need security: Ronit Roy

Known for providing security to the who’s who of the film industry, apart from his acting prowess, Ronit Roy, himself likes to remain unguarded.

“I am a certified close protection officer so I know that my risk level is high but my threat level is not that high. I have a bodyguard but I don’t really need that kind of security. There are no red level duties here (for me). I am pretty equipped to take care of myself both in mind and body,” Ronit told IANS.

Tours hamper creativity: Indian Ocean

They are constantly on the road for tours and concerts across the world but the busy schedule leaves fusion rock band Indian Ocean hardly anytime to churn new compositions, rues lead vocalist Rahul Ram.

“It (regular tours) hampers because you don’t have time to be creative. You are always on the move,” Rahul, also the band’s bass guitarist, told IANS.

“Generally creative time tends to be the summers that is June to July when there are no concerts. You take time out and actually sit down to compose,” he added.

Currently on a country tour, the band is on the move for a slew of international concerts across US, Canada, China, Indonesia and Hong Kong till the year end.
