Jan 22 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Mya shows up at the Wellness Center to tell her parents she’s pregnant her voice freezes from fright and look to Addison to tell them instead. In shock Naomi walks out of the office and refuses to discuss it.

A soldier who lost part of his arm in the war had a robotic arm bolted into the elbow joint and it has now become infected. At the hospital he is told it needs to be removed or the infection will spread, the solider refuses to lose the robotic arm. A complication with antibiotics causes problems with the patient’s nerves and the infection spreads.

Naomi later storms into the office where Mya her daughter is waiting to talk, grabs her by the arm and takes her into Addison’s office and demands she gives her an abortion. Addison refuses and Naomi insist and does not want any more discussions concerning her choice and her feelings. Later that evening Mya enters her mom’s office and agrees to the abortion. Naomi blames herself the trouble her daughter is in and feels as if she is failure at her marriage and being a mother. Sam tries to comfort her.

Mya while in the operating room to have the procedure changes her mind; she tells Addison she does not want to have an abortion. Mya tells her parents she is going to have the baby, Naomi grabs Mya and takes her into a room where a women is having a baby hoping to scare her about giving birth. Watching the child be born only made Mya more hopeful.
