Dec.30, (THAINDIAN NEWS) A new show called Private Chef’s Inc is being formatted and will be soon on air. The show remains an unscripted one, which features the happenings of a ‘private chef placement agency’ located in the Beverly Hills. The show follows the placement agency while it distributes assignments to its private chefs to ‘cook’ for some of the wealthiest and most demanding people in the Los Angeles network. Sources have compared the show to a “Top Chef meets How’d You Get So Rich”.

The series is not ready yet and the sources report that it still remains in a ‘formative state’. Also, the network on which it will air, has not been declared by the producers. The name of the series has been chosen with respect to the think-tank of the same name, that has come up with the idea.

The co-producer for the show is Swift River productions. The subjects for the show has already been selected for the first few episodes and include a winery-owning-family that resides in Napa valley, a player of NBA, a yacht-owning-vulgarly-rich-bachelor, and a jet-owning-super-rich-family. The CEO of the show, Christain Paier has also made it clear that there will be families who are well-to-do but not super rich, and for this genre they have already selected a plastic-surgeon couple who are seen as “professional, middle class people”.

The team behind the show has also started putting in adverts that they need more chefs and more clients who would want to participate in the show, and have already received around 50 replies. The team also insists that recession wont be a problem, because as they see it, the super-rich have started to ’spend again’.
