Prisoner sued Kim Kardashian and her sisters for emotional distress

Sep 24 (THAINDIAN NEWS) For being “forced” to watch Keeping Up With The Kardashians and the “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami”, a prison inmate at the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections has sued Kim and her sisters, Khloe and Kourtney for “permanently” scarring him.
In the writ which was filed on Sep. 13, 2010, D.J. Goodson is seeking the court to award him $75,000 in damages for the “irreparable” damage that watching the show has brought to him.
Kim has not commented on the suit but she might also be suing very soon. She has reportedly written to a doll making company, Pipedream to stop production of its Kinky Kim Filthy Love Doll because the doll violates her publicity but the company thinks she has no case. The company said any similarity between Kim and the Kinky Kim doll is merely “coincidental’.
The company interestingly stopped production of a Lady Gaga inspired sex doll after the singer’s lawyers threatened the company with a suit. The company however still maintains sex dolls that resemble Paris Hilton, Beyonce, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan.
Recently Kim was also in the news for her break up and for her rumored pregnancy, after she was spotted buying pregnancy test kits with her mother in Europe.
