Prince backs off due to security reasons

February 15, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Kumar Taurani, MD of Tips Industries and Producer of the upcoming film “Prince’, starring Vivek Oberoi, was all set to give the audience a pleasant surprise this Valentine’s Day. The music of the film was to be launched on the 14th of February. The event was to be attended by the lead actor Vivek Oberoi, along with Kumar Taurani. Debutants- director Kookie Gulati and music director Sachin Gupta, both of whom are being launched in this ambitious project were to give company to them.
But at the end moment the production house cancelled the event due to security reasons. Citing the terror blast at the German Bakery in Pune, the lead actors who were to unveil a surprise at the event backed off at the end moment. The event was expected to have a unique element that was sure to surprise the audiences and fans.
In an earlier statement producer Kumar Taurani had said, “Innovation has always been a key for Tips Industries and with this film too we hope to change some rules of the game.” But it seems like that is not happening anytime soon!
