Previously unreleased Johnny Cash songs to come out next month
January 4th, 2011 - 6:03 pm ICT by ANIMelbourne, Jan 4 (ANI): A collection of rare, never-before-heard recordings from the early years of Johnny Cash’s country music career will be released next month.
The compilation album, titled ‘Bootlegs 2: From Memphis to Hollywood’, is a two-CD set and features previously unreleased 11 demos and seven outtakes from Cash’s stint at Sun records, where he first began recording in 1954, reports the Herald Sun.
The album, set for release by Sony on February 22, will also include outtakes and non-album singles from his time at Columbia Records from 1958 to 1969. (ANI)
