Director Samir Karnik has properly mixed the action of Sunny, romance of Bobby and comic avatar of their dad Dharmendra in his film Yamla Pagla Deewana. After the average success of Apne in 2007, the Deols have returned with this comedy drama with some antics of Dharmedra’s Sholay and Bobby will recreate the drunkard scene of the legendary film.
The father-son trio is all set to take you through a laughter riot with this movie, which is releasing tomorrow. The film is also remarkable as it marks 50 years of Dharmendra in Bollywood. They have kept no stone unturned this time to promote the film. Apart from these three Deols, the movie also stars veteran Anupam Kher, Nafisa Ali, Johnny Lever, Kulraj Randhawa, Mukul Dev and Puneet Issar.
It starts from Canada and then the plot of the film visits to Banaras and then ends up in Punjab. It will show a different kind of father-son relationship. Bobby will be seen sharing a very friendly relation with his dad Dharmendra in the film.
The iconic song ‘Main jat yamla pagla deewana’ from Dharmendra’s 1975 movie Pratigya has been remixed for this film. In fact, the title of the film is also inspired from this song.
The promos of the movie indicate that it is going to be one of the best entertainers of 2011. So, enjoy the funny chemistry of the Deols at this weekend with Yamla Pagla Deewana.
