“Prep And Landing” Slated To Premiere On Dec 8

prep-and-landing-300x266Dec.02, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Disney aficionados have to wait for yet another week to catch a glimpse of the much awaited show titled “Prep and Landing“. The family show which was slated to premiere on the 1st of the month has been reportedly postponed for a week now. According to the sources, the officials of Disney have reportedly stated that the much-awaited “half-an-hour” special will now make its debut on December 8th.

“Prep and Landing” is ABC’s first television special which is being produced by Disney. The story revolves around two elves, namely Wayne (voice overs by David Foley) and Lanny (voice overs by Derek Richardson). The two elves are sent by Christmas Eve Command Center coordinator Magee so as to prepare houses for Santa’s visit. The story line moves henceforth.

According to the sources, the delay has been issued because of President Obama’s Tuesday night speech at the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY. The show is now all set to make its debut on the 8th of this month at 8.30 pm on ABC.

John Lasseter of “Toy Story” and “Toy Story 2″ fame is the executive producer of the much awaited family entertainer. The involvement of Lasseter in “Prep and Landing” has raised high expectations regarding the show even before its premiere.

To wind it up, the startling revelation from Disney regarding the show’s premiere has kept the Disney aficionados on their toes. It will be interesting to see whether the show successfully mops up all the hype revolving around it.
