Pregnant Alicia Keys Falls During Performance in Heels

July 6 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Pregnant, Alicia Keys took a tumble while performing onstage in high heels after losing her balance at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans. Alicia Keys expecting a child with Swizz Beatz, who has written songs for both Keys and Beyonce, as well as Jay-Z.
According to witness reports, Alicia was wearing 4 inch heels during the concert, and seemed to be having a hard time keeping her balance throughout the night. “She had on high heels and never seemed to have her balance all night. And as she was walking across the stage she slipped and fell,” the witness stated.
Fans, friends, and family were all very glad the the fall was not a very hard one, since she confirmed her pregnancy back in May. She and boyfriend Swizz Beatz are expecting the child in 4 months.
‘Offbeat.com’ reported that Kays had taken a very awkward fall during her opening number, ‘Love is Blind’. “She stumbled backwards, then fell head over heels with her legs in the air. Though she bounced right back up, the crowd let out an audible gasp and the Superdome became full of concern for the rest of her set.”
Not too long ago, Keys shocked the audience when she jumped onto a piano during her tribute to Prince at the BET awards. A Tweet from Cleveland stated “Alicia Keys should really be more careful. She’s carrying a precious life inside of her. Continuing to work is one thing, taking unnecessary risks is another.”
