Fashion has no fixed rules and no special formula as it changes from person to person. Model turned actress Preetika has also set her own fashion, which is very trendy and cool. She does not like going overboard and believes in looking chic by wearing trendy clothes.

Preetika prefers classy clothes and accessories but at home she dons simple tee and denims. She finds them most comfortable option for putting on at home. The Chikku Bukku girl does her shopping from abroad as gets lots of options there. Holister, banana republic and BB are among some of her favourite brands.

The trendy girl wants the retro look to return for this year. She thinks that girls of her age do not like to wear saris but she advises them to try it out. However, she prefers a natural look and asks the girls to choose products that suit their skin tone. Preetika says that excess use of make-up can spoils the skin, so it is better to go for natural make-up.

According to Preetika, the trendy girls must have the sense of choosing the clothes depending on their personality or they will not be able to carry it well. She thinks skirts and tops are must have for trendy girls as they are always a safe bet. They should also pick perfect accessories to suit their trendy clothes.

For those who love wearing ethnic wears, Preetika suggests stock of a salwar set and few kurtas. These can be accessorised with brass Kadas, thread bangles and jhumkas. Jhola bags are in latest fashion so she suggests having them in different prints. She also finds bandanas as a cool head gear!
