Pratik Babbar did something no one has tried before. He made perfectionist Aamir Khan wait for him on the sets of the latter’s wife, Kiran Rao’s film, Dhobi Ghat. Leave alone wait, he didn’t even come to the sets that day and acted very unprofessionally. Aamir had to return home and the shooting for the day was cancelled.

The shoot for that day was at Masjid Bunder. They attempted to contact Pratik but the calls wouldn’t get through. His mobile also remained out of reach. It was sometime later that the unit learned that he had gone away to Goa. They found it very strange that he simply left for Goa like that, without informing anyone. The shooting couldn’t happen for two days because of his absence.

When Pratik got back, Aamir reprimanded him for his behavior and Pratik has understood his mistake. He hasn’t acted irresponsible since.
