Nov.5, (THAINDIAN NEWS) American adult film actress Janine Lindemulder is creating headlines these days as she faces Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock in a custody battle. The center of the legal confrontation is the five year old daughter of Janine with her ex-husband Jesse James, who is presently married to Sandra Bullock.

The dispute involving Sandra is being hugely covered by the media and it comes as a surprise given the fact that the Hollywood actress is reportedly known for staying away from the limelight as much as possible. The actress has recently revealed that although she is the step-mother of the little girl, she shares an extremely strong bond with the girl and is ready to take her responsibility. The girl is currently staying with Jesse and Sandra.

After serving a prison term of around six months , Janine was released recently. She was convicted in the year 2008 for tax evasion. Reportedly, legal actions for the custody of the girl had to be taken due to the unhealthy lifestyle and instances of drug abuse by Janine. However, a judge who is looking into the matter has supposedly suggested that a mediator should be involved to resolve the case. This was concluded as Janine has filed for joint custody of their daughter.

After Janine was convicted, Jesse and Sandra were given temporary custody of the girl. On her release from prison, Janine wanted to regain custody of her daughter. The matter is still in dispute as both Jesse and Sandra expressed concerns about the atmosphere in which the girl, Sunny would grow if she stayed with Janine.
