Shocking all his fans across the globe, 50 year old legendary pop star Michael Jackson was pronounced dead on Thursday. In the afternoon at his Holmby Hills Home in Los Angeles, paramedics arrived after receiving calls that the pop star has suffered a cardiac arrest. He was immediately taken to the UCLA Medical center but according to reports it’s being said that Michael was already dead in his home because when the paramedics reached they could not revive him. As the news spread, Jackson fans crowded at the hospital where he was taken. Since the authorities of the hospital didn’t say much about Jackson initially, chaos generated near the medical center with fans shouting “you got to save him, you got to save him.”

Soon reactions from all over the world kept coming in, when he was announced dead officially. While many gathered at the Jackson Star in The Hollywood Hall of Fame lighting candles and offering flowers, a few music events across the globe like the famous music festival in Glastonbury, England came under shock and confusion.

Starting his professional music career at the tender age of 11, Jackson’s debut as solo singer was in 1971. He is the first Afro-American entertainer to set Guinness world records. He has also won several music awards owing to the success of his videos namely, “Beat It”, “Billy Jean” and specially “Thriller” that gained worldwide fame. But from 1993 his personal life was tumultuous, with two failed marriages besides cases of child abuse that made him go for court trials often. Recently, he had declared to go for his last concert in July across London.
