Pictures from Johnny Depp’s movie Dark shadows available on the Internet

Devon, Sept 14 (THAINDIAN NEWS) First pictures from the set of Johnny Depp’s latest project “Dark Shadows” have been uploaded on the Internet. The movie is currently shooting in Devon. Depp plays a vampire in the project which also features Bella Heathcote.
In one of the shots, Depp and Bella take a walk on the rocky side of the Devon beach. The movie is the giant screen adaptation of the highly successful 1960s television series which had the same title. Depp plays the role of the main character Barnabas Collins.
Barnabas is a vampire who is on a mission to find the love of his life. He was turned into a vampire by a witch who also tortured him. The problem is that when he becomes free, he realizes that 200 years has passed. Barnabas returns to his house to find that his descendants are occupying it.
The character of Bella in the movie bears striking resemblance to the lost love of Barnabas and that will set them on the same path in the movie.
Dark Shadows will be in the theaters from May 2012. It is directed by Tim Burton and features other stars like Johnny Lee Miller, Michelle Pfeiffer and Chloë Moretz.
