London, June 14 (IANS) A photographer, who settled a lawsuit with troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, is dragging the case back to court after the actress allegedly failed to pay up.
“The Mean Girls” star was sued by photographer Scott Nathan in April 2010, over allegations that she owed him money for a series of promotional pictures he took for her 6126 fashion line.
The case was settled for an undisclosed sum in last December.
While Lohan is serving a court-ordered three-month stint in rehabilitation centre, Nathan claims he has yet to receive any money, reports Tmz.com.
The photographer filed court documents in California, June 12, alleging payments were due to start in March. He believes that judge will now force Lohan to honour the settlement agreement.
