Photo of Oksana Grigorieva’s Chipped Tooth Released

July 19 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A photo which was released by ‘RadarOnline.com’ shows a disturbing shot which is allegedly Oksana Grigorieva after she received a beating from her former lover, Mel Gibson. In the photo, Oksana Grigorieva has a chipped tooth and bruised face, her lip is swollen.
RadarOnline is calling it “the evidence which could be used to bring criminal charges against Oscar Winner Mel Gibson.” The website has exclusive rights to the photo which was supposedly taken a few hours after Oksana Grigorieva was allegedly punched in the face by Gibson.
The picture is a part of the evidence held by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for the investigation into the alleged assault. Aside from the accusation of domestic violence, Gibson is also being sued for custody of the couple’s eight month old daughter. It is claimed that the mother was punched in the face while she was holding the baby.
A representative for the mother claims that the photo is legit and has not been tampered with. Some are finding it difficult to understand why the photo was not given to police until a custody battle was already underway. Oksana is being accused of making up false allegations against Mel in order to get custody.
But according to Oksana’s representative, Stephen Jaffe, in the RadarOnline exclusive, “The photo released by Radaronline.com is ‘true and accurate’ and real. It was NOT doctored by Oksana or anyone associated with her. As a former photo analyst, I can say that I see no credible evidence of any alterations or ‘doctoring’ of the photograph as some have asserted. The reports that it was doctored are simply false.”
