London, Oct 26 (IANS) Singer Peter Andre feels someone watches over him and makes sure he is never in danger.

“I definitely believe I have someone looking over me, who is guiding me. I’m a very spiritual person and I believe everything happens for a reason,” contactmusic.com quoted Andre as saying.

“Growing up, my parents were devout Jehovah’s Witnesses and I was brought up as one. I never celebrated things like Christmas or Halloween until after I had children. But at this point in my life, I don’t belong to a religion - although I do respect what I was taught by parents,” he added.

Andre has two children - Junior, 6, and four-year-old Princess Tiaamii with ex-wife Katie Price.

He also believes in ghosts.

“I definitely believe there is something out there but I don’t know what it is. Could a good ghost just be an angel and could a bad ghost be a demon? I’ve had a few spooky experiences. A couple of times at night I felt like someone was standing on my legs and holding my throat and I couldn’t scream. I was petrified. I don’t know if it was a ghost or if it was sleep paralysis but it really freaked me out,” he said.
